CNTW take a dip to celebrate the launch of their new FREED pathway
Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation have launched their 16-25 FREED pathway!
They celebrated with a picnic on the beach and a dip in the sea - certainly a brave fete considering the average water temperature in September is 15°C!
